Russian President Putin's Annual Call-In Program

Russian President Vladimir Putin responded to questions from a live audience and those submitted by text, electronic mail, telephone, and live video during his annual call-in program in Moscow. He addressed U.S.-Russia relations, saying the United States must abandon its “imperial ambitions” and treat Russia as an equal partner. More than three million questions were submitted and the entire event lasted nearly four hours.
