Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and Texas Solicitor General Scott Keller spoke to the press outside the U.S. Supreme Court after the oral argument in United States v. Texas. The case challenges the Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents (DAPA) program, which defers the deportation of undocumented immigrants whose children are U.S. citizens or legal residents. Mr. Keller argued the case on behalf of Texas. close
