This 1980 U.S. Information Agency film shows Cuban refugees talking about their experiences in Cuba, problems they had with the Cuban government, and reasons for leaving their homeland. The refugees were part of the 1980 Mariel Boatlift, which included approximately 125,000 asylum seekers. They were interviewed in Spanish with English subtitles. close
