Deputy National Security Advisor for Strategic Communications Ben Rhodes discussed President Obama’s progress with nuclear security. Mr. Rhodes, also an adviser on the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) with Iran, said the deal demonstrated that diplomacy can be an effective tool to stop the spread of nuclear weapons.
