Senate Armed Services Committee Chair John McCain (R-AZ) and the Ranking Member Jack Reed (D-RI) spoke about the defense policy bill, the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). Senator McCain said it would increase innovation, improve acquisition, improve military technology, improve military health care, and raise pay for troops.
