Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx testified at a hearing on the implementation of the $305 billion Fixing America’s Surface Transportation (FAST) Act, which President Obama signed into law in December 2015. Senators also questioned Mr. Foxx about the Takata airbag recall, and why new vehicles were still having potentially defective airbags installed.
