Secretary of State John Kerry spoke to reporters about the 2015 Trafficking in Persons (TIP) Report, which evaluates the efforts of countries around the world to fight slavery. Thailand was removed from the list of worst offender, and Myanmar, also known as Burma, was added to the list because of forced labor and children serving in the military.
