President Obama, Donald Tusk, and Jean-Claude Juncker spoke with reporters following a meeting in Warsaw, Poland. At the top of the meeting, President Obama spoke about the shooting deaths of five police officers in Dallas, Texas, following a rally to protest police-involved shootings of African Americans in Louisiana and Minnesota.
