The National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) hosted a discussion on perceptions of police, including how officer training can build trust between officers and the community. Attorney General Loretta Lynch presented her predecessor Eric Holder with the NOBLE leadership award. Mr. Holder acknowledged the tension between law enforcement and minority communities and called on police to take on the gun lobby. close
