National Public Radio Foreign Desk Editor Elizabeth Becker discussed the elections taking place in Cambodia for an assembly that will be responsible for creating a new constitution for the country. The elections, which drew 90 percent participation from the voters, was conducted over a six day period and involved over 20 political parties. close
