The Cato Institute held a discussion on its newly-released “Freedom in the 50 States” report, on states' policies to address crime reduction, fiscal policy, and taxes. According to the report, the people of New Hampshire enjoy the most freedoms, residents of New York are the least free, and Oklahoma is the most improved state. This was the fourth edition of the report. close
