Neurosurgeon Jeremy Richman spoke about the epidemic of violence in the U.S, mental health stigmas, and the importance of social and emotional learning. Dr. Richman is the father of six-year-old Avielle Richman, who was one of the students killed in the Sandy Hook school shooting on December 14, 2012. He started the Avielle Foundation to study and help prevent violence though brain research and community education. close
