A long-time Ford employee and union member, and a former National Labor Relations Board member took part in a forum on the selection process of union representation. Heritage Foundation research fellow James Sherk presented data that suggested only six percent of current union members had any input into the selection of the unions that represent them. He said the system is flawed and should be improved to provide union members more opportunities to participate. close
