President Obama spoke to reporters and answered their questions in a news conference at the close of the 2016 G-20 Summit in Hangzhou, China. He talked about his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, during which they discussed the conflict in Syria, Ukraine’s ongoing territorial dispute with Russia, and cybersecurity. President Obama also answered questions on the progress of the G-20 meeting, and about the continuation of his trip to Laos, where he was scheduled to meet with fellow heads of state at the Association of Southeast Asian Nations summit in the Laotian capital of Vientiane. close
