Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton spoke at the 46th Annual Legislative Conference Phoenix Awards Dinner of the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Dinner. She was presented with the inaugural Trailblazer Award in recognition of becoming the first woman presidential nominee of a major party in the United States. She spoke to the gathering and urged them to protect the legacy of President Obama from falling into the hands of someone who did not understand the need to help struggling families.
