Central Intelligence Agency Director John Brennan made the opening remarks at an intelligence conference at George Washington University. He talked about challenges facing the U.S. intelligence operation. Then a panel of intelligence officials and experts discussed a number of issues, most prominently challenges presented by Russia and its president, Vladimir Putin.
