Turkish President Recep Erdogan delivered remarks to member states at the U.N. General Assembly. He spoke about the July 2016 failed military coup and called on world leaders to take action against the man accused of orchestrating the coup, Fethullah Gulen, who was currently living in the U.S. President Erdogan also accused the European Union of not fulling its promises to Turkey regarding membership and said the ceasefire in Syria had failed. close
