The Atlantic Council hosted a day-long conference with former defense officials, diplomats, and foreign policy experts on U.S. policy toward Russia. This portion features two panels. The first was made up of journalists and academics who considered the extent and impact of Russian involvement and influence on the 2016 U.S. elections.
