Howard Blum talked about the life of Betty Pack, a Washington, D.C., debutante who worked as a spy for both the British and Americans during World War II. Mr. Blum described her ability to seduce diplomats and government officials in order to learn secrets and provide information to her handlers.

This talk was part of the Espionage Symposium held at the National World War II Museum in New Orleans in conjunction with the 2016 International Conference on World War II, titled “1946: Year Zero-Triumph and Tragedy.” close
