House Ways and Means Committee Chair Kevin Brady (R-TX) talked about the Republican plan to change the tax code. He said that he would accept increased budget deficits if they were accompanied by stronger economic growth. He also commented on trade policy, including the future of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) trade agreement, and Republican plans to repeal and replace the health care law. Representative Brady was interviewed by Paul Gigot.
