Sociologist Lev Gudkov talked about Russian citizens' approval of President Vladimir Putin and how propaganda shapes mass perception.

“The 86 Percent: Opinion Polling in Russia” was part of the Kennan Institute Distinguished Speaker Series at the Wilson Center, co-sponsored by the Institute for European, Russian and Eurasian Studies at The George Washington University.
