Senator James Inhofe (R-Oklahoma), chair of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, delivered keynote remarks at a conference on environment and energy development policy under the administration of President-elect Donald Trump. Senator Inhofe recounted many of his experiences legislating in the Senate, and said he looked forward to working with Scott Pruitt, the Oklahoma attorney general President-elect Trump chose to run the Environmental Protect Agency. After Senator Inhofe’s remarks, Corbin Robertson, chair and CEO of an oil and gas firm, talked about the negative effects of federal regulation on the his industry. close
