Secretary of State John Kerry and three of his predecessors gathered to mark the completion of the State Department’s new museum on U.S. diplomacy in Washington, DC. Joining him were former secretaries of state Hillary Clinton, Colin Powell and Madeleine Albright. The privately funded center is scheduled to formally open in 2018. close
