Incoming White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer held his first briefing with reporters in Washington, D.C. He began by introducing Vice President-elect Mike Pence who talked about the transition process. Mr. Pence said the process was being completed “on schedule and under budget.” Mr. Spicer later spoke and announced that several Obama administration officials in “critical posts” would be staying on through the transition until replacements were made.
