Danielle Ivory talked about costs facing the Trump administration as it proposes construction of a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border, including expenses from building materials, labor, and the use of contractors. She began the interview by summarizing her New York Times article in which she described Boeing’s 2006-11 unsuccessful attempt to build a wall that cost taxpayers almost $1 billion, resulted in only 53 miles of wall, and was ultimately abandoned.
