President Trump Meeting with Pharmaceutical Company Executives
President Trump spoke to the press before a meeting with pharmaceutical company executives and members of the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA). He said the U.S. must do better in lowering prescription drug prices for patients and bring their factories back to the U.S. He also said that he would work to cut regulations and taxes to make it easier for them to do business in the U.S. The executives each spoke briefly about their company and Representative Greg Walden (R-OR), who chairs the Energy and Commerce Committee, also spoke.
