Japanese American "9066" Exhibition Tammy Lau gave a tour of the “9066: Japanese American Voices from the Inside” exhibition and showed items from the Japanese American special collections at California State University, Fresno’s Henry Madden Library. The exhibition tells the story of the Japanese American experience and internment history in the area.

C-SPAN’s Local Content Vehicles (LCVs) made a stop in their “2017 LCV Cities Tour” in Fresno, California, from January 7-13 to feature the history and literary life of the community. Working with the Comcast cable local affiliate, they visited literary and historic sites where local historians, authors, and civic leaders were interviewed. The history segments air on American History TV (AHTV) on C-SPAN3 and the literary events/non-fiction author segments air on Book TV on C-SPAN2. close
