A three-judge panel of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals heard oral argument in State of Washington and State of Minnesota v. President Trump, a case challenging President Trump’s executive order that prevented citizens of seven Muslim-majority Middle Eastern nations from entering the U.S. Washington State District Court issued a temporary stay on the travel restrictions Friday, February 3, 2017, after court challenges by several states.
