The Senate Judiciary Committee held a hearing on immigration fraud using K-1 visas. A K-1 visa allows a non-U.S. citizen to enter the U.S. and marry a citizen within 90 days. Witnesses included victims of fiancé visa and officials from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the State Department.
