Questions from Democrats centered on a unanimous Supreme Court’s decision in Endrew F. v. Douglas County School District, a case about the educational rights of disabled students. The court in this case rejected a position endorsed by Judge Gorsuch in a 2008 10th Circuit decision. In Thompson School District v. Luke P, Judge Gorsuch wrote that school districts “merely” had to provide more than a minimal amount of extra help.
