Senate Majority Leader George Mitchell (D-ME) and Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan (D-NY), member of the Senate Finance Committee, spoke at a news conference to discuss the negotiations taking place concerning the Clinton administration’s economic program currently before the Senate.
