President Trump signed an executive order at the Environmental Protection Agency headquarters aimed at rolling back the Obama administration’s efforts to combat climate change. The order called for a review of President Obama’s Clean Power Plan and lifted the moratorium on federal leasing for coal production. Vice President Mike Pence, Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke, EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt, and Energy Secretary Rick Perry also provided remarks. A group of coal miners joined the president on stage for the executive order signing. close
