The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee held a hearing on cancer research, including the National Cancer Research Moonshot Initiative. Witnesses included Tammi Carr, the mother of Chad Carr, who died from a rare pediatric brain tumor, and cancer researchers from Johns Hopkins University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
