Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) debated the nomination of Judge Neil Gorsuch for the Supreme Court. Senator McConnell said no 60-vote tradition exists for confirming Supreme Court nominees.
