Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke and theater director Liesl Tommy were among the panelists at a discussion on the role of the rules of war in the Shakespearean canon and what modern lessons on war and conflict could be divined from his works. Panelists considered a number of Shakespeare’s works, most notably the tragedy Macbeth, and parallels that could be drawn to conflicts in Syria, Libya, and elsewhere around the world. close
