Josiah Bunting talked about the career of General George C. Marshall, the U.S. Army chief of staff who oversaw Allied strategy during World War II. He also served as Secretary of State and Defense under President Truman and was responsible for the Marshall Plan, which helped to rebuild Europe after the war and earned Marshall a Nobel Peace Prize.
