A panel of five international relations scholars and former diplomats discussed the future of Russia’s foreign policy in a discussion hosted by the Center for the National Interest in Washington, DC. They talked about Russia’s policy objectives in Europe, the Middle East, and around the globe, and ways those objectives complemented and conflicted with U.S. foreign policy. Following the panelists' remarks, the discussion was opened up to the audience for questions. close
