World Bank President Jim Yong Kim talked to reporters and responded to questions ahead of the organization’s annual spring meeting at its headquarters in Washington, D.C. In response to one question, Mr. Kim said climate change and its subsequent effects would have major impacts on the global finance system. The bank president was also chastised by a Wall Street Journal reporter for only taking questions from non-U.S. media outlets.
