Former Representative Trey Radel (R-FL) talked about his memoir, Democrazy: A True Story of Weird Politics, Money, Madness, and Finger Food. Mr. Radel resigned from Congress in 2014 after being arrested for attempting to buy cocaine from an undercover policeman.
