The House debated the rule for H.R. 2213m the Anti-Border Corruption Reauthorization Act, which would waive polygraph tests for Customs and Border Protection (CBP) job applicants who have already cleared background checks and are current law enforcement personnel or military veterans with at least three years of consecutive service while holding a security clearance.
