Former Acting Attorney General Sally Yates and former acting Solicitor General Neal Katyal talked about the rule of law and the Trump administration. They spoke at the Aspen Ideas Festival. Ms. Yates was fired by President Trump for not enforcing his executive order on immigration and travel. She commented on the investigation into Russia’s interference in the 2016 presidential election, and expressed her confidence in Special Counsel Robert Mueller, who was appointed after former FBI Director James Comey was also fired by Mr. Trump. close
