Russian President Vladimir Putin held his fifteenth annual question and answer session in Moscow, during which he answered dozen of questions from a live audience, by telephone, text, e-mail, and live video. His session lasted close to four hours. During this portion, Mr. Putin answered questions on U.S. policy, relations with Ukraine, and Russia’s role in Syria. He commented on former FBI Director James Comey’s testimony on Capitol Hill, saying that Mr. Comey put himself in a “vulnerable position” and called his actions “unprofessional.” Mr. Putin also talked about the upcoming G-20 summit where he’ll meet President Trump, the U.S. withdrawing from the Paris climate agreement, and the state of the Russian economy. close
