Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) spoke about the future of missile defense. He presented four areas he believes the U.S. should prioritize to strengthen its missile defenses, and touted the INF Treaty Preservation Act, a bill he sponsored and about which he said would help bring Russia into compliance with conditions set by the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty of 1987.
