South Korean President Moon Jae-in delivered a keynote address at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, DC as he made his first visit to the U.S. since being elected in May 2017. He talked about the strength and importance of his nation’s relationship with the U.S., and said he wants to directly engage with North Korea to disarm the communist nation of its nuclear weapons.
