Revolutionary War Collections Concord Museum curator David Wood showed some of the highlights of the museum’s Revolutionary War collection, including one of Paul Revere’s lanterns and weapons used during the battle on the North Bridge. The Concord Museum holds the world’s largest collection of materials used during the earliest days of fighting in the Revolutionary War.
C-SPAN’s Local Content Vehicles (LCVs) made a stop in their “2017 LCV Cities Tour” in Concord, Massachusetts, from June 17-22 to feature the history and literary life of the community. Working with the Comcast cable local affiliate, they visited literary and historic sites where local historians, authors, and civic leaders were interviewed.
