After a break for lunch, the first meeting of the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity was gaveled back into session by commission vice chair and Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach (R). Mr. Kobach reviewed the commission’s mission and operating procedures, and then opened up the floor to discuss what each commissioner thought would be important areas for investigation and discussion in future meetings. Topics included voter registration procedures, the civic value and duty of voting, and cybersecurity issues of voter information databases and elections. close
