The speakers discussed his experience as a soldier in the Civil War and Indian Wars and his relationship with fellow marksman and showman Captain Jack Crawford. The Buffalo Bill Center of the West hosted this event as part of a symposium to commemorate William “Buffalo Bill” Cody, who died in 1917. close
