Senators Lindsey Graham (R-SC), John McCain (R-AZ), Ron Johnson (R-WI) and Bill Cassidy (R-LA) held a briefing on the debate over repealing and replacing the Affordable Care Act. They expressed their concerns that less comprehensive legislation, or the so-called “skinny bill” or “skinny repeal,” would be passed by the House without it going to conference. They vowed to vote against it without assurances that the House would negotiate a more comprehensive measure. close
