Patent-holding inventors talked about their displeasure with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), a three-judge panel they said was weakening U.S. patent law. In a show of protest, some of them also burned patents they were granted by the Patent and Trademark office. The rally was organized by U.S. Inventor, a group that represents inventors on intellectual property law issues at the federal level. close
