Just before taking questions from reporters, Secretary Tillerson noted that North Korea had not launched any missiles or made any “provocative acts” since the U.N. He said he thought it was important to take note of that and that he was “pleased to see that the regime in Pyongyang has certainly demonstrated some level of restraint that we’ve not seen in the past.”
